Combined heat and power project of He Bei Xin Xin Yuan Energy Inc.is located in the Petrochemical Zone of Bohai New District Zongjie Industry Zone, Cangzhou, Hebei province. As a project to centrally supply heat with steam as the heat source for the Petrochemical Zone of Bohai New District Zongjie Industry Zone, 2 pulverized coal boilers of high temperature and high pressure at 150t/h and one CB30MW extraction-back-pressure turbo generator set are planned with one boiler and one generator at the first stage.
The project provides 492,9 million KWH/year by using Limestone gypsum method and wet ESP to desulfurize and SCR to denitrate, therefore keeping pollutant SO2 emission standard≤5mg/Nm3, dust and soot standard ≤5mg/Nm3、NOx standard≤40mg/Nm3
In this project, we use pulverized coal boilers of high temperature and high pressure at 150t/h of Wuxi Guanghua Boiler Inc, extraction-back-pressure turbo generators of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Inc and turbo generators at 30MW of Shandong Jinan Generating Equipment Co., Ltd. as our electricity generators
